MotionObj today is pleased to announce the release and immediate availability of SimplyTweet 3.2, an update to their full featured Twitter application
for iPhone and iPod touch. SimplyTweet combines a fast, simple user interface with a rich set of features, as well as offers built-in support of push notifications for new mentions and direct messages. Any fan of comic books or super heroes like Super Man or Spider Man knows the name Stan Lee. Lee created some of the coolest heroes to ever hit the big screen or TV. I spent many a day as a child watching cartoons of Lee’s creations and live action films.

Stan Lee has announced a new and exclusive comic for the iPhone called Stripperella. The sultry super heroine stars in an exclusive four-volume comic book series written by Lee and with art by Anthony Winn.

The comic is only available on the App Store. The mild mannered identity of Stripperella is Exotica Jones, an exotic dancer who fights crime at night… or does a striper fight crime during the day. I’m not sure, but if you are a fan of Lee’s work this may be the app for you.

Yeah, the economy is bad. We all know that, you only have to turn on the TV or read anything to know that. Despite the poor economy and tanking computer sales Apple has been able to continue turning impressive profits.

Apple also gets some serious help from its world-beating iPhone. According to Apple’s recently announced financials for fiscal Q3 2009, it increased iPhone sales by a whopping 636%. That has to make Steve Ballmer’s sphincter tone tight enough to rip a plug out of his office chair.

Apple says that it sold 5.2 million iPhones during the quarter. While iPhone sales grew, sales of the iPod were down 7% to 10.2 million. I am betting iPhone sales are hurting the iPod with subsidized iPhone pricing about the same as some iPod models.

Fortune reports that Apple retail store stocks of the 16 GB white iPhone 3GS model have fallen precipitously low early this week. At present, only 10% of Apple’s over 200 retail stores have the model currently in stock.

Most Apple retail stores currently have both the black and white 32 GB models available, while the black 16 GB is available in only about 35-40% of stores.

In late June, Apple posted an online availability tracker for the new iPhone 3GS, updated hourly with stock levels at each of its retail stores. Supplies of many models tightened early last week, but rebounded later in the week, and we’re expecting the same here. Early next week things should look up.

Now, following are the step-by-step instructions to unlock your iPhone 3G running on iPhone OS 3.0:

Step 1: Launch the Cydia App from your iPhone springboard

Step 2: Press the Manage tab at the bottom of the Home-Cydiascreen

Step 3: On the Manage section of Cydia, click on the second option named Sources.

Step 4: Now press the Edit button displayed on the top right corner of the screen.

Step 5: Press the Add button displayed on the top left corner of the screen

Step 6: The screen will display a text box where you have to enter the Cydia/APT URL.
Enter http://repo666.ultrasn0w.com/ as the URL and press theAdd Source button

Step 7: Once this is done, please press the Return to Cydia button

Step 8: Now, press the Done button displayed on the top right corner of the screen.

Step 9: Select the repo666.ultrasn0w.com displayed under the heading Entered by User.

Step 10: Now, press to select ultrasn0w application displayed under the repo.666.ultrasn0w.com

Step 11: Press the Install button displayed on the top right corner of the screen.

Step 12: Then press the Confirm button displayed on the top right corner of the screen. This will install the application.

Step 13: Once completed, you will be able to see the Return to Cydia button. Press this button.

Step 14: As a final step, press the Home button and power OFF and then power ON your iPhone. You can do this by following the sequence:
i. Press the Home button for about 3 seconds
ii. Press the Power button on you iPhone
iii. Move the slider to the right. This will power OFF your iPhone
iv. While keeping the Home button pressed – press the Power button again to power ON your iPhone.

Step 15: You should now be able to insert any SIM card you want in your newly unlocked iPhone 3G!
